Qwil Subprocessor Agreement

Qwil PBC engages with one or more subprocessors to support delivery of our services. Qwil PBC may engage and use data processors with access to certain Customer Data (each, a "Subprocessor"). This page provides important information about the identity, location and role of each Subprocessor.

Third Parties (or Third party subprocessors)

Qwil currently uses third party Subprocessors to provide infrastructure services, and to help us provide instant pay for contractors, shoppers, etc. Prior to engaging any third party Subprocessor, Qwil’s security and privacy team performs thorough due diligence to evaluate their security, privacy, confidentiality and availability practices, and executes an agreement implementing its applicable obligations.
